Ingredients

• 300 mg Green Tea Extract – Contains epigallocatechingallate (EGCG) which helps increase fat loss, energy, and various other health benefits.
• 200 mg L-Theanine – A natural amino acid found in green tea leaves that promotes restfulness and enhances mood by increasing alpha brainwave production.
